2 cups coconut milk

6 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

1/8 Tsp cinnamon

Sprinkle of salt

Optional toppings

Blueberries

Chopped nuts

Coconut flakes

Honey

Instructions

1. In large bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to combine ingredients.

2. Pour mixture into 3 to 4 lidded jars.

3. Chill overnight until the pudding sets.

4. Serve with fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, and honey as desired
