1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Add red bell peppers, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts and red onions to a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
3. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle half of each spice onto veggies. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, season shrimp with other half of spices and place shrimp on a small foil lined pan. Cook in oven for 10 minutes.
5. While veggies and shrimp are cooking, add kale, tomatoes, and avocado to a large bowl.
6. Once cooked, take veggies and shrimp out of oven and add to bowl with kale.
7. Add your favorite salad dressing and enjoy!
